We handle each phase of development, from acquisition, to developing a use for a space, to supervising the design and construction.

Some people have asked us why we choose to restore one building at a time. Because there are so many details that go into restoring a historic structure, we have deliberately chosen to focus on one building at a time, making it the best it can be, before moving onto the next project.

Management

We pride ourselves on an active approach to management which allows us to anticipate and deal with problems before they arise.

We proudly manage each of our residential and commercial spaces. We have a maintenance team that is available to tenants 24/7, and we take meticulous care of our buildings - from the roofs to the mechanical systems to the landscaping to the storefronts, and on and on!
