Mangrove purchased this building in 2019, after a devastating fire left the home vacant for several decades. After rebuilding the rear wall and replacing the fire-damaged floor joists throughout the building, a full restoration began in 2020. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath has completely rebuilt front and rear porches. The building’s cornice was restored and preserved.. Quartz vanity tops in the upstairs baths. Immaculate brickwork on the exterior. Tile master shower that is 4’ x 7’. Granite countertops in the kitchen, with stainless steel hood and appliances.

Staircase rebuilt: The only salvageable component was the bracket underneath the turned handrail. All the columns, newels, spindles, and bulkhead were replicated with red oak.
