This building was vacant and coated in stucco, and was in a grave state of disrepair. We purchased the building in 2011 and embarked on a 2-year restoration that was completed in late 2013. We rebuilt the entire inside of the structure, and the entire outer walls were tuckpointed and rebuilt where necessary. The stucco facade was not able to be removed without damaging the brick underneath, so we resurfaced the stucco with a brilliant white plaster. Two bedrooms and a full bath upstairs, with a full living room and dining room on the first floor alongside the kitchen and half bath, with ample storage in the basement.
