The Boyle house had been vacant for more than a decade before we purchased it in 2013. The building had been converted to a studio apartment on the first floor and a studio apartment in the basement. We wanted this house to showcase what you can do with "shotgun" houses. Most people are amazed that you can fit 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms into a space this size, but we're glad to have saved this building and shown that this building type is still a viable option.
