Mangrove purchased this building in 2018, After clearing the structurally-damaged floor joists throughout the building, a full restoration began in late 2019. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath has a completely rebuilt front porch. The building’s cornice was restored using a local plasterer, and the front porch capitals were built in-house with a custom molding process. New slate roof on the home and front porch. Quartz vanity tops in the upstairs baths. Immaculate brickwork on the exterior. Tile master shower that is 4’ x 7’. Laundry on second floor. Granite countertops in the kitchen, with stainless steel hood and appliances. Completely rebuilt two-story rear decks.
Some interior framing was preserved, but much of it removed. New roof deck and TPO roof installed. All new wood windows
